What do these terms cover?
These Terms and Conditions apply to the RespawnGuide website, its tier list maker, its guides, and related pages. If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the site.
How may you use the tier list maker?
You may use the tool for lawful personal, educational, editorial, or commercial rankings. You are responsible for the text, images, logos, background files, watermark, and copyright details you add to a board.
Do not use the site to create or distribute material that is illegal, deceptive, threatening, abusive, privacy-invasive, or harmful. Do not try to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
Who owns uploaded material?
You keep any rights you already hold in material you add. Using the tool does not transfer ownership to RespawnGuide. You must have the right or permission needed to use each image, logo, name, or other protected item in your board.
The tool processes selected files in the browser to build the ranking and download. You control where the exported file is stored and shared. You are also responsible for respecting copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and platform rules after export.
Who owns the site and its original content?
RespawnGuide owns or licenses the site design, original writing, software, illustrations, and brand elements, except for material supplied by users or clearly identified third-party rights. You may link to public pages and use the tool as intended. Copying or republishing substantial site content without permission is not allowed.
Is the service always available?
RespawnGuide may update, replace, limit, or discontinue a feature. The site can also be interrupted by maintenance, hosting problems, browser changes, network failures, or events outside reasonable control. Continuous or error-free access is not promised.
Does local storage guarantee a backup?
No. The editor saves the active board in local browser storage for convenience. Browser cleanup, private browsing, storage limits, device changes, or software errors can remove that data. Download completed work and keep your own backup.
How are guides and ranking information provided?
Guides are published for general information. Tier definitions and ranking advice describe common usage, but a specific game, community, workplace, or platform may use different rules. Review important decisions independently.
What limits apply to liability?
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, RespawnGuide is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss related to use of the site, loss of locally stored boards, third-party material, or sharing an exported file. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Can these terms change?
RespawnGuide may update these terms when the tool, site practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
