These rules start from the day you buy the product or use this website.

This website is run by Respawn Guide ("we", "us" or "our", the seller). We sell the digital product "Learn AI from Beginner to Advance in 4 Books". Please read these rules carefully before you buy. Our full business details are printed on your invoice and are available on written request at Coderzpassion03@gmail.com.

1. What You Are Buying (Digital Product)

1.1 This product is a Digital PDF eBook collection only. There is no printed book. There is no courier. There is no physical delivery.

1.2 After your payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Use it to open and download your books.

1.3 You can read the books on any device that opens PDF files, like a mobile, tablet, laptop or computer.

2. Your Agreement With Us

2.1 When you place an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these rules for you.

2.2 By buying, downloading or using this product, or by using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, and that you are legally bound by them. These documents together are the full agreement between you and us.

2.3 If you do not agree with any rule, please do not buy and do not use this website.

2.4 You agree to receive your order emails, download link and GST invoice by email.

3. How You Can Use It (License)

3.1 When you buy, you get permission to read the books for your own personal use only. This permission cannot be transferred and is not for resale.

3.2 You must not share, forward, copy, upload, sell, rent or give these files or your download link to anyone else in any way. This is theft of our work, and we can take legal action against it and ask for compensation.

3.3 The full copyright of the product belongs to the seller. All rights are reserved.

4. Payment, Delivery and Third-Party Services

4.1 Payments are handled fully by our payment gateway or payment processor, not by us. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Whether a payment succeeds, fails, is delayed, is declined, is debited twice or is reversed depends on the payment processor and your bank. We do not control these and we do not guarantee any payment.

4.2 Our store, checkout and order system are run by Shopify. Delivery of your digital files and emails is done through Shopify and the delivery tools we use, not directly by us. Emails can be delayed, blocked or sent to your spam folder, and the delivery systems can fail at times. We do not guarantee that any email or file will arrive at any particular time.

4.3 If you have a payment or delivery problem, please write to us at Coderzpassion03@gmail.com with your order details. We will try to help you in a reasonable way, for example by sending your access again. This help is support only. It is not a guarantee, and we are not responsible for any loss, delay or damage caused by the payment processor, your bank, Shopify, an email service, your internet or your device.

4.4 Entering a correct email address at checkout is your own responsibility. We are not responsible if your product is sent to an email address that you typed wrongly.

4.5 The price can change at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to you.

4.6 Prices include GST. A GST tax invoice for your order is sent to your checkout email address. It is made from the name, email and state you enter at checkout, so please enter them correctly.

5. Reporting a Problem (48-Hour Window) and Complaints (7 Days)

5.1 If you have any problem or complaint about your order, payment, access or download, you must tell us within 48 hours of the purchase by writing to Coderzpassion03@gmail.com with your order details.

5.2 Any issue raised after 48 hours of the purchase will not be entertained by us, for any reason.

5.3 After you raise a valid issue in time, we will reply to you and try to solve your complaint, to the best of our ability, within 7 days.

5.4 Our help is support only. It is not a guarantee of any result, refund or compensation.

6. For Education Only (No Advice, No Promise)

6.1 All information in this product is for learning and educational purposes only, and is given "as is", with no guarantee of any kind.

6.2 The books are not legal, financial, investment, business, career, medical or professional advice. Please talk to the right professional before making any important decision.

6.3 AI tools, AI companies and technology change very fast. Tools, features, prices and rules can change after this product is published. We do not guarantee that any information is correct, complete, up to date or suitable for you. We are also not responsible for updating or correcting any information later.

6.4 Examples and outcomes shown in the books are only to explain an idea. They are not a promise. Your results depend on your own skills, effort, tools and situation. We do not promise or guarantee any income, job, result or outcome.

6.5 You must use your own intelligence and understanding when you apply any information from the books. Whatever you choose to do with the information, and whatever happens because of it, is your own decision and your own responsibility. You also agree to follow all laws, and the rules of any tool, website or company you use.

7. No Warranty

7.1 To the fullest extent allowed by law, the product and this website are given "as is" and "as available". We give no warranty of any kind, whether stated or implied, including any warranty about quality, accuracy, fitness for a purpose, results, or that the product or website will always work without errors or interruption.

8. Our Liability (Legal Responsibility)

8.1 To the fullest extent allowed by law: the seller, its owner, employees, partners and service providers take no responsibility of any kind for anything that happens after you buy, open, download or use the product, or any information inside it, or for anything that happens because of the website.

8.2 This includes any direct or indirect loss, loss of money, income, profit, data or opportunity, and any damage to your device, whatever the reason may be.

8.3 In any case, and for any claim, our total responsibility will never be more than the amount you paid for the product.

8.4 These rules apply even if we were told before that some loss could happen.

8.5 We are not responsible for anything that is outside our control, such as problems with payment systems, banks, Shopify, email services, internet, power, devices, natural events, government action or cyber attacks.

8.6 Nothing in these rules takes away any right that you have under Indian law and that cannot be removed by agreement.

9. You Will Protect Us (Indemnity)

9.1 You agree to protect us from, and to pay for, any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from you breaking these rules, for example by sharing or selling the files, or by using the information in a way that breaks the law or harms someone.

10. Your Device and Downloads

10.1 Keeping a working device, a PDF reader, internet and storage is your own responsibility.

10.2 After downloading, saving a backup copy of the files is also your responsibility.

11. Refunds, Privacy and Contact

11.1 Please read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. They are part of these rules.

12. General

12.1 If any part of these rules is found to be not valid, the remaining parts will still apply.

12.2 If we do not use a right under these rules at any time, it does not mean we have given it up.

12.3 You may not transfer your rights under these rules to anyone else. We may transfer ours.

13.1 We can change these rules at any time without notice. The new rules apply from the moment they are published on this page. Please check this page from time to time. If you use the website or buy after a change, it means you accept the new rules.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

14.1 These rules follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled only by the courts of Gujarat, India.
