Refund policy

1. Strictly No Refund

1.1 For "Learn AI from Beginner to Advance in 4 Books", there is no refund, no return, no exchange and no cancellation in any case, for any reason, in any way. Once the payment is made, the sale is final (All Sales Final).

2. Why? (Because the Product Is Digital)

2.1 This product is a Digital PDF that is delivered instantly after payment. It is not a physical product. It cannot be sent back, returned or kept back on a shelf.

2.2 Delivery is instant, so by the time the purchase is complete, you have already received the full value of the product. Digital files cannot be taken back, because once access is given, the files stay with the buyer.

2.3 Because of this, there will be no refund for any reason, such as: personal reasons, change of mind, buying by mistake, wrong email address entered, files not opening on your device (due to your own device setup), not having time to read, results not matching your expectations, or any other reason.

3. Your Duty Before Buying

Before you pay, please:

3.1 Read the full product description and make sure this is the product you want.

3.2 Make sure PDF files can open on your device (every phone and computer already has a PDF reader).

3.3 Understand that this is a digital product. No printed book will be shipped to you.

3.4 Enter your correct email address at checkout, because your product is sent there.

3.5 Read and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and this Refund Policy. By buying this product, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all three, and that you are legally bound by them.

4. Problem With Access (Help, Not Refund)

4.1 If you paid but the product did not open or the link is not working due to a technical problem, please message us at Coderzpassion03@gmail.com with your order details. We will try to fix the access or send the product again.

4.2 This is help, not a refund. Fixing access is support under our policy. Refund, cancellation or compensation will not be given in any situation.

4.3 You must report any problem within 48 hours of the purchase. Any issue raised after 48 hours of the purchase will not be entertained by us.

4.4 After you raise a valid issue in time, we will reply to you and try to solve your complaint, to the best of our ability, within 7 days.

5. Payment and Delivery Problems

5.1 Payments are processed by our payment gateway or payment processor, and your files and emails are delivered through Shopify and our delivery tools. We do not run these systems and we cannot guarantee that a payment will succeed or that an email or file will arrive on time.

5.2 If a payment fails, is delayed, is debited twice, or is stuck, the payment processor and your bank decide what happens to that money, under their own rules and timelines. Any reversal of a failed or double payment is handled by them and is not part of this Refund Policy. We cannot promise any reversal.

5.3 We will try to help you in a reasonable way, for example by checking your order and giving you access to the product. This is support only, with no guarantee, and we are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by the payment processor, your bank, Shopify, an email service or your device.

6. Chargebacks

6.1 This product has instant digital delivery, and this policy is clearly shown and accepted at the time of purchase. If someone still raises a chargeback or dispute, it will be treated as wrong and fraudulent, and the seller can take all legal steps against it, including sharing proof of the purchase, delivery and your acceptance of these rules with the payment processor and the authorities.

7. Maximum Claim

7.1 Whatever the reason or the type of claim, the most you can ask from us in total is the price you actually paid for the product. If you received the product free of cost or with a gift code, this amount is zero.

8. Your Legal Rights

8.1 Nothing in this policy takes away any right that you have under Indian law and that cannot be removed by agreement.
