Shipping policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

1.1 Respawn Guide sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical items, and there are no shipping charges. Cash on delivery is not available.

2. How You Receive Your Product

2.1 After your payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes. Click the link to download your files, then read them on your phone, tablet or computer.

3. If You Do Not Receive the Email

3.1 Check your Spam or Promotions folder.

3.2 Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.

3.3 If it is still missing, write to us at Coderzpassion03@gmail.com with your order number and we will try to send your access again.

4. No Guarantee of Delivery Time

4.1 Your files and emails are delivered through Shopify and our delivery tools, which we do not run. Emails can be delayed, blocked or sent to spam, and the systems can fail at times. We will try to help you, but we cannot guarantee any delivery time and we are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by these services, your email provider, your internet or your device.

4.2 Entering a correct email address at checkout is your own responsibility.

5. Report Within 48 Hours

5.1 Please tell us about any delivery problem within 48 hours of the purchase. Any issue raised after 48 hours will not be entertained by us.

5.2 After you raise a valid issue in time, we will reply and try to solve it, to the best of our ability, within 7 days.
